Last night i had a splitting headache, and my back hurt like crazy, and she didnt need fresh food, and i know she drinks from her water bowl so i didnt mist Fudge.
Well of course she just had to shed, it wasnt too bad, a few bits on her back and both her eyes and eye crests, occasionaly she gets a bit stuck on an eye crest and i have to hold her firmly and soak it off.
This time she just sat calmly on my hand, watched me as i spoke away to her as i soaked the bits off using a cotton ball. Was really happy with that! She only has a roach rarely now as she got bored of them, but tried one as a treat, was gone right away, she deserved it!

Aww these things happen. 1 days not misting probably would t have been enough to cause a bad shed. I think fudge just got a fab idea of leave a bit here and a bit there and get a nice cotton wool massage with added roach. It's a Gecko spa day.

I do feel bad, but how she just let me do that especially her eyes, made me so proud of her

don't beat your self up too much these things happen! I once thought all the shed had come off Jinx fed him, left him 48hr then discovered his had a tiny bit left on his tail tip! I felt like such a bad owner. I think some times we are too hard on our selfs.
