Had Kellogs and Storm's mice out to defrost, now the OH has seen this many times, but tonight he says 'You cant feed the snakes them, they're too cute' I just stared at him, said they are dead,and gave him a weird look, he went on 'its cruel to feed something so cute, if i had a snake it would be a vegetarian' again i just stared, HE eats meat!! the dogs and cat eat meat, but since their meat is in a can its ok?????????
I am rarely stuck for words, and what i did say to him, i cant repeat here
Just aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggg

live mice are cute although I can't say as I've ever looked at a dead one and gone 'Awww cute!'
See my o/h thinks am odd cos am happy to feed mice and rats (although my boys haven't had rats) but I wouldn't like feeding them gerbils |

And Lupi, i must admit that sometimes frozen mice can be cute, and i have had several rats as pets over the years.
i have no problem at all buying them frozen, but i would really find it hard to see them alive then killed for snakes, i understand why some breed for food, but i couldnt do it, poor snakes would starve then, or be veggie lol |
