Hay guys

Just a quick queries I bought bearded dragon starter kit from pets at home as needed new viv quickly. It comes with sand paper to put on the shelves which are in there (one of which is the basking spot) I've not heard/seen sand paper used before, would u use it?

Is it not there to help file nails as he goes about?

It may just be for texture/grip..

the folks over at Lizard Landscapes use a final coat of sand on their creations for the same reason.
