Hi guys,

Im soaking up all knowledge before i get my corn.... ive read feeding in a seperate tub is a massive plus soooo my question is once they have fed in the tub do i pick up and put straight into faunarium or will that cause a regurg? Do i have to kind of slide it out of the tub instead to avoid contact??

You will be fine to pick him/her up briefly to get back to his/her home. I have always done this with my 2. As long as you support the bump you shouldn't have any problems

I remember asking the same question many moons ago.
I was told the same as Freddiesmum has told you.
If you want you could also let your snake slither back into his faun on his own if you wanted. I know quite a few of our members do that to avoid any contact.
It's really up to you and which method you feel most happy with.

I pick up and place some of my snakes into their vivs after feeding. However Andromeda will regurge if she is picked up to be put back so her feeding tub is held next to her faun and she goes back in herself

Your question has been answered Adz, but you may find the VERY ROUGH Guide to feeding helpful. It explains the different methods of moving your snake after a feed as well as other information about feeding. Just remember that it is only a rough guide and what's most important is your knowledge of your snake .

It's fantastic that you are doing all your research before getting your corn . If you can't find what you want to know using the search option then please ask, we don't bite....much !

Checkout Setting up a hatchling corn snake - My 101 . It gives a buying list, I think, and also walks you through putting it all together.
