Are the medium repti-stax vivs any good and could a corn stay in one for life? |

should be o.k. they're around 34 inches long, 36 inch is ideal but it's close enough. |

I just got one of the ones from swell reptiles for pretty cheap! It looks good, I've put it together (nice and easy!), but haven't moved Luna in yet. I'd say it will probably be a bit small for a corn for life. It is only about 85x35cm (LxD), so going by the guide of L+D=length of snake, once your snake is 120cm you'd need to be thinking of moving them on. That is less than 4ft, I think most corns easily exceed that.
Hope that helps |

It is personal choice, but I would be of the opinion that any viv that was less than 3' (36") was really too small for a corn to live out its life in. My 'little one' is in a 30" viv and its only because her growth was stunted that I can get away with that. Asher is in a 36" viv and ideally I'd like to move him to a bigger one.
I haven't looked at a lot of vivs, two of the ones I have came with snakes, although they have been swapped around....Kellog was originally in the 30" viv, it was TINY for him . And the last my OH got from eBay....but the one you're looking at seems ok to me.
I'm so glad Cyrus is doing so well....it shows what a good job you're doing .
Xxx

i have just purchased and built the four tier repti-stax and the build quality is exactly what you would expect from Vivexotic. They probably take around 20 minutes each to build and are really straight forward :-)
Here is a picture of mine in the mussel white which has one led strip per viv;
