Hey guys I accidentally dropped my corn snake (Archie) today, was about to pick him up out of viv and he riggled away from me , it wasn't a great height but he did land with some force . He seemed to be okay afterwards but was moving around his viv like he had something to prove afterwards!
Anything I should look out for injury wise , I can't see any surface damage .
Plus do you think he will see me as a potential predator now and shy away from me ?
Just a bit annoyed at myself and worried for him of course aha
Thanks

I'm sure he'll be fine. Something we're all guilty of from time to time

Like Hissyfit said, I'm sure most of us have dropped a snake at some point, so I'm sure he will be fine =] I dropped Trevor a few times when I first got him whilst I was getting used to handling him. I've also watched him fall from the top of the viv a few times lol.

They bounce when they are little, it's best avoided but sometimes they have other ideas. Ive dropped a few of mine a few times. Try doing battle with a crested Gecko, they have suicidal tendencies, they leap from everything all the time.

Aphrodite used to think she could fly and launch herself out of my hands at top speed. After the first time of her landing on the floor (and panicking whether she would be okay..she was) I handled her over the bed for a while just in case
