Hi,
Trying to find out the sex of my snakes! I think they're both male could anyone help me!!
I took pictures of their tales if this helps

Although it is meant to be possible from looking at tails it is not reliable.
I have no idea of the sex of either of mine, they are now too old to be popped, probing is invasive and unless done by an experienced person can result in damaging/injuring the snake.
I'm not sure I wont to breed, like most animals there are far too many being produced just for the sake of breeding (my opinion only).

Are you planning on breeding?
Your best bet is to take them to a reputable reptile vet or reptile store for sexing.
If you don't plan on breeding I wouldn't bother putting them through the stress.  |

As said above, the more accurate sexing methods are popping and probing (and breeding). If you don't want to breed then you may not want to put them through the stress of having them sexed. There are many methods which you could use to 'get an idea' of the sex.
One of them which has been proven right for five of my six snakes (haven't had a complete shed from the sixth to check yet) is scale counting. It's easiest to do when you have a complete shed as the scales are pretty tiny and corn snakes aren't the most sedate/still when they're being handled/counted haha.
You count the pairs of belly scales from the vent to the tail tip. Then count the scales from chin to vent. Subtract the tail scales from the ventral scales. If the number is 154 then the snake is most likely a male (as their tails tend to be longer to house the hemipenes). If the number is over 154 then the snake is mostly like a female. If it is exactly 154...well then you're not any wiser really  |
