Cleaning my bedroom yesterday, who pops a head out from under a pile of clothes only Hugo the corn snake! Que immediate panic, because Hugo shares a viv with Spunky. Sure enough, the viv was empty :(

They're in a vivexotic vx48 since February which myself and the daddy assembled. For anybody familiar with the vivs, the top panel holding the runners had fallen forward, and literally the only thing holding the whole front of the thing on was the tension between the glass and the bottom runners...

ANYWAYS, I shoved Hugo into a faun and then tore the place apart to find Spunk, who was curled up on my book shelf. Then I cleaned out an old exo-tera to throw them into.

Then since my dad is on holidays I had to fix the other thing myself! To cut a long story short, I ended up not being able to get the twisty things to twist unless the front panels were backwards.... So now the bolty things are on the outside and my viv looks like it was assembled by blind retarded monkeys.

Oh, and I was feeding the snakes this morning before college. As I was running down the stairs carrying two mice in a sheet of kitchen roll, I dropped one, and ended up kneeing it mid run and sending it flying. What I DIDN'T notice, was the big splat of mousey nose blood on my jeans until after i'd left :(

Ohhhh dear where do I start...... skipping by the obvious things first off. I'm guessing this is the later type viv which most people struggle with anyway. As for the blood on jeans bet that got a few people talking.

Really Katie...

Great story, had me laughing.

Remember capitalization counts! I think I'm going to add "then tore the place apart to find Spunk" to the list that includes "I had to help my uncle Jack off a horse" as a perfect examples..
