I might have just accidentally put down a deposit on the milk snake that Eloise has been wanting for months even though I said it would have to be next year
So, not corn but general snake enquiry really. Am I right in thinking we'll need to keep him in a different room from Ruby for quite a while? I've somehow been acquiring spare bits and pieces including a viv, almost as though I suspected another snake would be coming to stay But I was thinking rather than set it up and then have to move it, it would make sense to keep him in a rub until then. He's coming up to 2 years, what size would I be looking at? |

congrats on the new snake! it is recommeded to quarranteen the new snake for 3 months in an other room. not to sure on rub size although the width and depth should equal the size of the snake if that makes sence? e.g 3ft snake 2ftx1ft accomidation. Hope that helps. look forward to pics! |

Haha they're very happy accidents aren't they
Eloise couldn't believe it when I told her. She wanted him originally but then we opted for corn as being the easiest to start with. She's handled him a couple of times in the shop and he settled down really quickly. Can't wait, but I have to keep reminding myself he's hers, not mine. Had to do that with Ruby and that's why Tanith appeared soon after! |

Thanks Lupi Lou, we've thought again and Ruby's coming downstairs and he can go straight into the viv in Eloise's room |
