Hello
Today is feeding day and I am thinking of trying 2 pinks instead of the normal 1. Last feed (6 days ago) you couldn't really c the bump after he had his pink. Even tho it does show a bump when going down his neck! Does this sound ok to feed 2 pinks? Any advice in how I should feed the 2, what time should before I offer 2nd pink?
Thanks

Sounds like he is ready to move up, a bump in the neck as its going down is normal and feed the second pink once the first one is halfway down his body and he is slithering around again being nosy |

No problem! 7 days is fine while he is still small |

Yeah, sounds like it's time to move up to two pinkies I feed mine every 5/6 days when they're on pinkies, then go up to 7 when they're on fuzzies but it's really personal choice. Lots of people feed every 7 days on pinkies too. |

I was just going to ask exactly this question as Tanith had no bump last feeding day, glad I read this first or I'd have looked really stupid |

She was born 06/07, she's quite a bit bigger than my daughter's Ruby though and she's the same age as yours.Ruby has still got a bump showing after 1 pink. I think some just grow quicker than others. |

I moved Rosie up to two pinkies last week, she was born 20th July. She had little bump from 1 and was weighing 16g. She took the 2nd from the tongs, although she didn't strike. That left her with a nice big bump. I am still feeding every 5 days as suggested on a different thread. |

Just an update, he took th 2 pinks last night no prob. Did leave a big bump tho. I am hoping he starts to strike feed soon as at the moment he is a very calm feeder. |
