As above Also, a digital thermometer to monitor the temperature. Most people who have corn snakes prefer heat mats over other types of heating though.

EDIT: have just researched these heaters a bit more. Apparently many of them come with their own pulse stat within them? I don't see any mention of a probe though so I don't know how accurate they will be.

Yeah It has a prob it was giving to me in summer time with my two corns in a 3ft viv I changed it for a mat but they now have a 4ft by 2ft, I have mats for my other corns but instead of buying another mat and stat I was going to use this instead for them, the previous owner of them used this instead of a mat is it not any good for corns then if not I will buy another mat/stat?

Tbh I don't have any experience with this type of heater. It sounds good that it comes with a probe and a stat built in. The only thing I would be concerned about would be it drying out the air too much for when the corn snake needs to shed, but I guess that could be overcome by moist hides and I don't think humidity is very important for corn snakes (other than it not being too high so that they don't get respiratory problems).

Hopefully someone who has used this type of heater will be able to help you more But I would have thought it would be okay, as long as you made sure the corn snake couldn't get to the heater itself in case it gets hot. A carefully fitted guard would fix that problem.

As above, a guard is an absolute necessity as these get very hot especially when heating from cold
