I'm bringing home a royal next week sometime and i'm just gathering all the things I need for her, i've bought everything but im starting to run out of money (oops lol) and i want to get a few more things for her viv just to make her feel more secure. Trevors viv is packed with hides and things and I was thinking of taking out 1 of his branches and putting it in the new royals viv for a bit more cover, would this be an issue? As in would she be able to smell him and get stressed? Or shall I just go out buy another one, oorr just soak it and/or wipe it down with the spray stuff i use to clean out the viv.

should be ok, but personally would give it the full treatment as if its just been collected, full soak and dry
