scaleless snakes? SnakeBytesTV posted a picture of a "bald" ball python (lacking scales on its head) yesterday, and that sparked a long discussion on scaleless snakes. What do you guys think about em? Pretty, or something that shouldn't be bred? Or something else entirely?

I think they look weird. I know a lot of people like them but I think snakes should have scales...

I prefer as nature intended with scales. One Baldy in the house is enough.

I think i posted a thread about this not too long ago.

I figure that they are very beautiful, but would need extra care compared to a normal snake. So if people are willing to put in the extra effort to make sure the snake wont damage itself (seen as thats what the scales are there for in the first place) I dont see a problem with it.

Its just like creating a new morph. Snows and amels etc wouldnt survive very well in the wild, but we can look after em.
Same with hybrids, they dont really occur in the wild (correct me if im wrong!) but in captivity I cant see any problems with it.

I think some of them are wonderful to look at.

1.0.0 Snow (Midnight)
