So 2 of my 5 eggs has hatched the first one on Wednesday the second one yesterday how long does it normaly take for them all to be hatched i thought it was about 3 days? One of the eggs has started to go harder the other 2 feel soft is this normal? And if nothing's happened in a couple of days should I put a tiny slit in them or leave them?

Depends if there are temperature variations throughout the clutch. The warmer eggs will hatch quicker than the cooler ones.
I had a clutch a couple years back where the top egg (closest the heat source) hatched a week and a half before the rest of them.

I dont advise temperature variation throughout a clutch as it is hard to keep the warmer eggs humid.
