Stolen from the net...lol :)

Corn snake humidity requirements:

Corn snakes don’t have any special humidity requirements. They are generally quite happy at room humidity (roughly 40% depending upon your location). When they are shedding their skin it is worth increasing the humidity slightly to help them shed. To do this just mist lightly every other day from when they go milky/dull until they shed. Make sure you have adequate ventilation so condensation doesn’t build up.

I have the same problem - ND vivarium, 48x15x15, wooden , 3 vents and humidity is 75, up to 90 (!) if he's done a poo ( that's how I know ). I wonder if the hygrometer is wrong, because the aspen doesn't feel that damp, but the air feels moist and stuffy. What worries me is the combo of fairly high humidity and low ambient temperature ( around 20C ), as only the mat is warm, not the air.

I will most likely be adding another vent, and am seriously thinking about adding either ceramics, or bulb to raise the ambient air temp. slightly.

If you're worried, you could maybe add another vent somewhere.
