It is never nice to read this type of thread but it is good as a warning for people to be careful when feeding in their enclosures.

That's scary. It's exactly why I feed outside the enclosure.

What a terrible shame.
I think this is the same sort of thing as someone choking on a fish bone, rare but tragic.
Doesn't stop us from eating fish though.
