I thought that just had people bugging me saying its definitely a silver queen, does the stripe behind its head mean anything?

Definatly a ghost motley i think...the strpie behind her head might just be where her patterning starts.

A silver queen IS a ghost genetically, so she could be, but probably not, especially with that much yellow ;) http://iansvivarium.com/morphs/species/elaphe_guttata/silver_queen/?sid=4d01c127d30aae008b4285342d9c2ea9

She's stunning :)

How will breeding her prove anything? She's either descended from Silver Queens or she isn't, and if she hasn't been sold as such then she probably isn't as I'd have thought anyone selling a genuine Silver Queen would have made that very clear?
