Seen lots of conflicting information on this and was prepared to house any corns I get seperatley BUT I visited my local reptile shop day before yesterday and he said he usually sells corns in pairs to live together?
So thought I would ask what you (experts with more experience) all think?
There's more cons to pros with cohabiting. I'd never do it. Bear in mind the advice from owners is just that its what they have seen done know etc. A shop is there to sell an make money.
yeah I saw that comment and it hadn't occured to me before but it's SO obvious now that you say it, of course they're going to try selling two they make more money that way
Shops are so hit an miss. They tell you somethings then not other. Like one uve mentioned say its OK to cohabit etc yet shops have a habit of selling people setups without thermostats lol
Cohabbing is a much dsicussed issue as you can see from that thread - but I think almost everyone agrees (even those that do cohab) that snakes under 1yr should be kept separate. :)
I cohab my adult corns but i never cohab hatchlings because it'd be too difficult to keep an eye on whos eating, pooing and shedding propably. After joining this site ive learned that shop keepers are pretty useless, id say ive learnt more of you guys that the guy i bought my snake off!
