ud have to be carefull that the base of the bottom one doesnt start to curve. the cabinet for the vx36 isnt a cabinet as such. the sides of the cabinet locate with dowels in the bottom of the viv, so the cabinet doesnt have a top as such. can be seen in this link.

Am getting a 2nd vx viv this week and have decided to do away with the cabinet as i dont trust the stability of it. Have already made a solid base. (Got a friend that works at a flat pack factory). The base is slightly bigger and can take my weight so at some point could even have a 3rd. |

Why bother with a cabinet, get 6 Vivexotic legs and have a stack of 4 plus you can have more snakes |

I had planned to do the same, but changed my mind after contacting Vivexotic! They don't recommend stacking the VX at all, and told me the cabinet wouldn't be strong enough to hold 2 vivs. They said the LX range can be stacked 4 high though I ended up having a stack made in the end. |

That's a bit odd Hissy - why do they have photos of vivstacks on their own webpage using VX's then??!!
(Not saying I don't believe you, just that that's how they portray them themselves) |

I've no idea why, just what they told me when I asked them. I've only had one VX, and it did seem really strong to me too. I hadn't noticed they had them stacked on their site SB, shame it would have been great to hear what they had to say if I brought it to their attention |

Any of the vivs stack :s I just wouldnt stack more than one viv on a cabinate, they cabinates aren't designed for stacking, all the vivs however are. |
