ive had my snakey ( i called him motley, he is a mitley stripe, nuff said.) for 2 days now, and ive held him once since i did in the pet shop.
he hasnt eaten his food yet and when i tried to get him out to feed, he hissed at me, so i wanted to know how long should i wait for him to settle and so he gets used to me?

MOD EDIT: moved from photos to appropriate section.

As kev said leave it for a week with just going in to change water and spot clean if needed and then feed after a week. Then leave 24 - 48 hours after feeding before handling.
