Hi guys!

Had my corn for exactly 3 weeks now, had 2 successful feeds and a shed as well!! My questions, like I said seem fairly noobie so I apologise in advance.

First off Geoffrey always seems to be in his cool hide, even after feeding. So my question is could it be because this hide is a coconut shell so is more enclosed than the log at the warm end? (and the temps are all correct at both ends!)

Next question is, should I move from 1 to 2 pinkies in my feeding or should I move up to fluffs? Because pinkies don't really leave much of a bump when fed and when I do move up to 2 pinkies or 1 fluff should the feeding time be any different or still 7 days?

Last question is about the expo in Doncaster, basically how does it work lol! Can you just turn up? Do you need to be a member? How busy does it get? etc etc.

Thanks in advance guys!

could be he just prefers the hide, but its no problem for him to digest in the cool end, just have to leave him for an extra day or two.

Go up to double pinkies before a fuzzy :)

I too am a first timer at donny and any extra info would be great :)

Think it might be worth getting another 'small' hide for the warm end to see if he will go up there more. Maybe feel more secure in that?

Re: doncaster - anyone can just turn up, yep. You have to pay to get in and i think they give you an 'IHS associate member card' (they did last september!)

I'm really tempted by donny, about an hr and half drive from mine but my sister lives in Sheffield so could have a cheeky night out there on the Saturday then go down. I'm just scared of coming home with 1000's of new snakeys!!!
