no offence but if you're feeding in the faun its best to cover the substrate with some newspaper or summin so he doesnt swallow any of it :) |

he's a beautiful carolina looking at those pics, on the second one do you have something else in his hide?? Is it moss to help with the shedding?? If it is, its better putting it a plastic takeaway box or empty butter tub or something similar, making a little hole for snakey to get in, its easier to remove then when its not needed anymore, plus gives the snake somewhere dry to go and hide should they want to. You don't want to keep the humidity high all the time as this can lead to health problems for the snake - such as an RI (respiratory infection) or fungal skin problems. |
