| went to handle shayde today and he is absolutely limp with little to no movement. tryed feeding him but no interest. i actually think he doesn't have enough strength to even attempt. i phoned my only local reptile vet and they are closed today and the emergency line hasn't answered. even if i do get through the car is with the g.f and she doesn't finish work until 6ish. is there anything i can try? at all? that will help. to me it seems like he is slowly dying :(. |

| i am trying. any ways i can make him take some? im slowly guiding his head into the water bowl but hes just moving out of it or nothing. his tongue isn't even flickering :( .. update on vets. nearest emergancey vets told me that they can look at him but need a specialist so they probably will not be able to do anything. :( |

| I am sure there was a post on here recently about giving snakey a blue powerade bath if they were dehydrated. I have tried to search for it but I am on my phone and it keeps timing out. |

| i give him his first powerade bath for 10-15 minutes, hes resting now and im giving him another soon. following this guide http://bamboozoo.weebly.com/snake-health-a-rehydration-method.html then going to keep him in a moist environment like it has in that guide for another 12 hours.... to tell you the truth tho he doesn't look any better from that first bath. a slight bit more movement tho. :( if he is in the same condition tomorrow morning Im going to get him to the local rep vet ( who is not on duty today because its sunday) asap. |

| Yeah, aww poor little thing, unfortunatley my snake is having a problem with her tail and i dont have a rep vet near mee so I dont know what to do lol, i really hope he gets better, carry on with what he is doing and make sure he drinks some water and he should be fine :) x |

he is moving more now but still cannot move properly. like he tryed and just coils his head back around to his body :(
edit: he was now has gone completely still for ages.. :( |

| im am extremely sad to announce that he has passed away.. :'( it was horrible to witness it but he had a burst of last movement coiling again and now absolutely lifeless.. Ive only had him 2 months.... |
