i was worrying about the young lad rhys ...who has the 8g normal corn camo
ive seen two post over the last days asking if he should up his snakes feed i know he been adviced not to just yet should someone meassage him and explain about shops only feed there baby corns to mantain them he seems to think that camo is small and that he needs feeding up i think once he understand that camo will grow with regular feeding of one pinky a week (ie) more than one every 14 - 21 days or so like some shops do he will relax a bit maybe we should invite him to join us here i know we have a few younger members too or am i been well you know
a corn that size i personally would feed every 5 days 8g seems tiny so im guessing it hatched this year?

right i just been to facebook and re read the posts and thankfully gmac has giving him the advice he needed he only weigh is snake with the cooking kitchen scales so not very accurate i will post him a message tell him to come and join us here camo is a sept hatch so he must have weighed him wrong
Corno was 9g when we got her - at 2 1/2 months old. A pinky every 5-6 days is usually advised at that age edit - I meant size! As ours had been fed weekly in the pet shop we opted for every 6 days. Hope Rhys comes over here, I don't have the dreaded FB lol!!
I wouldnt worry too much about messaging Rhys, he seems to have his head srcrewed on. The problem I see is folks giving advice on like for like, snakes arent like that they are all different. my 6 month old corns from last year are eating smaller than my 6 month olds the previous year.
Feeding is about size not age of snake. you cant compare apples and oranges ;)
yes gmac i agree i have posted that myabe he should join us here i could not send he a message his privacy setting are on high so you have to send a friends request first as i just added it to the convo about pinky's
