Hey i was just wondering how to judge when a snake is ready to move up from pinkys to a fuzzy, 8 is currently having 2 small pinkys as we've had some regurg/partial digest issues due to the pinkes that the college had in stock being larger than the ones which were previously being fed. is it just a case of trying sligtly larger pinkies and progessing up gradually? thanks

I've been told to go by this,

Single pinks 6 days Snake = 4-15g

Large pinks (2pink) 7 days Snake = 16-25g
Fuzz (5-6g) 7 days Snake = 26-40g
Small (8-10g) 7 days Snake = 41-80g
Small x 2 (8-10g) 7 days Snake = 80-120g
Mouse (18-20g) 7-14d days Snake = 120+g
Adult females after bromating are fed every 6-7 days.
Adult females are fed every 7 days.

Regurge may not be always down to prey size, and pinkies don't usually come that much bigger than each other.

I would see how it goes for little while longer with 2 pinkies every 5 days, and after say 2 or 3 more feeds with no regurge then go to fuzzies

usually if they can take 2 pinkies they can take a fuzzy,

the first time it may be daunting because you think how is snakey going to take that, but they do
