Morning all :)
I was just thinking about different things I could put in Sonny's viv for her to climb on...
Would a mug tree work as a snakey climbing frame??
Thx

I would think it would tip over to easy unless screwed in place. Have a walk and collect some branches to put in the viv. You can always find some unusual ones laying about, looks more natural as well and they are free. I have these in some my vivs as well http://www.surreypetsupplies.co.uk/trixie-shelter.html the snakes love climbing on these and curling up on them. |

I think if they can hold mugs without falling over then a snake would be fine on it, just be careful if its wood, wouldn't want pine in your viv. |

Depends how large and active your snake is Hatchlings and yearlings maybe but I would have thought that an active adult would topple it with no problems after all mugs just hang still and balanced, hang the mugs all one side and it starts to become unstable. |
