Last night I caught Sylar going into her moss (it's a tub with a hole to get in / out)

She has not came out yet, she is still in there. Is this normal behaviour? Is a shed going to happen soon?

It's been in since a few days ago, I have no idea when she's meant to shed so I put it in incase she was going to shed

Should only put it in if she's had problems shedding before. SO see how this one goes. If she is looking a little duller and hiding alot then she will be getting ready to shed. Can take anywhere from a week to 3 weeks for the whole process (mine takes week and a half to two weeks).

Another quick question, when Sylar starts to shed, is it okay to handle her during the process or not?

Best not to distrub them too much. I try to check on mine every other day (if i havent seen her moving about). They can get a little stressed about it as they vision is impared and they feel vulnerable.

Mine shed last night and i've handled her twice in a week and a half just to check everything was ok.
