I'm fairly bored today, looking for something to do. A few people on here know i'm an illustrator, or at least trying to be. But i also make felt toys, there not big or anything fancy, but there fun to make and much friendlier to work with then the sharp knifes i use in my paper cutting.
So to kill my boredom I'm offering to make a plush toy of somebodies corn snake, for free that i will post out to you. Not even my friends get these for free :P so its an example of how dull today really is.

This is Tequila, he was made this time last year, and my stitching skills have improved a lot :P so your's will be better quality then this. To see more examples go to http://daegfire.deviantart.com/ you'll find a few in my gallery.
So i guess the first person to reply in this topic, with pictures of their corn snake be the one i make.
Don't want this to be a competition, so all you have to do is post 3 pictures of your snake one from top down, one of its belly and one of its face. Although the toy will not have exactly the same markings i will do my best with the stitching to make them look like there real life counter parts. If your pictures arn't of good enough quality to work from i'll move on to the next person who replyed.
So ... i wonder what type of corn i will be making :D

Just gotten back from 3 hours of fire warden training, can there be anything more boring, i'm pretty sure my brain melted 5mins in.
Ok i'll be doing tordyjo as you where the first in with all the photos i need :D I have done a normal corn before, so dependant on time and if my boredom continues i could be tempted to do Mort13's snake too. Yay i have something to do now haha.
I'll post up pick of him being made so you can see how far on he is. Once i've finished if you sent an email to daegfire@hotmail.com with your address so i can post it off :D |

Just had a look at the other things you made, seriously fab, have saved you in my favs! if its ok, when i get money (wont be for ages!) but i love my pets sooo much would you do my 2 dogs, ferret, snake and my BRAND NEW BABY GECKO Perfect part of my parents xmas would be one of their dog Zak, he died last year a massive white/yellow german shep. if i can find pics of him and get it maybe just a bit bigger than the keyring sizes, and a quote that would be seriously fantastic,(if you agree, just one head on him ) |

Belly spots finished.
Starting on the head next.
scottishbluebird- I'd be more then happy to do the snake and gecko definitely. I have made patterns already for these animals so they are easier to make. The dogs and ferret would are different, i would have to design them from scratch, they would take a lot longer to make and cost more. Also because of the time of year i have quite a few commissions starting to come in, so wether i could do them or not would be very dependant on time. |

Oh wow those are awesome kudos to you for doing something for free you should do a lil fundraiser auction for the forum (just an idea) i love the lizards btw they look amazing awesome work mate |
