I take Nagini out about 4 times a week as we both seem to get enjoyment from it. All snakes are different though, some don't like to come out at all!

We feed Pablo Monday night and give him his couple of days to rest it off and then we'll handle once a night from Thursday through to Sunday, so 4 times a week.

How old is your corn?
We don't like to have Pablo out any longer than 15 mins as he's only just coming up to 3 months old and is still tiny so loses body heat quicker, but if yours is older and bigger handling time can be more than this.

I get my lot out when I feel like it with the exception of digestion time and when they are shedding, I leave that as their time. I have one thats a bit bitey so I'm currently handling her for 5 minutes every day I can, the other 2 maybe once or twice a week but really there is no guide, its upto you firstly to take the notion to handle them and then its upto the snake to let you.
