I am upgrading my vivs and wanted to install LED strips. Could anyone recommend a good place to purchase them? I was looking at ebay but could only find blue or the white lights without the power adaptor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I got a couple of sets of these from IKEA after recommendations on this forum. Three pluggable strip sections so can fit any size of viv. Nice white light.

have to say i am very happy with my tri colour set of LED's. the light quality in the viv is stunning and unobtrusive....much better than any conventional viv lighting i've tried in the past. the aquarium is getting the LED treatment next time i do a big clean! |

I got my LED lights from Wilkinsons for under £5 if I remember rightly, although I did have to buy batteries for them. They're fantastic! Bright and efficient. |

well this arrived today and i think its perfect. its above the mesh in the lid and gives the tank a dim light effect

Well I ordered a set of LEDs from ebay. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200653209883
I must say I am really impressed. I love the remote and although the white is more blue, it is easy to get it right by mixing the colours. Really pleased... Just need to get another 3 sets now and then I'm set |

i too noticed the white was blueish but as stuart says there is a preset that gives a great natural light. |
