hi I have discovered some scale damage on my snake ferris, I dont no what it is or how he got it, I assume it has happened between last night and the day before as I had him out the other day and I check him daily so I know it wasnt there a day or two ago.

I am so worried :(, if anyone knows what it is, how he got it and how to treat I would be so happy. he is alright in himself on a lighter note and doesnt flinch when I touch it so at least I have that to consol me, any advice would be extremely welcome and grateful :)

p.s the joe jonas pencil case is not mine its my sisters
