Hi guys, this may sound silly but in my faun I have the thermometer sensor and stat sensor tied together one sat on the floor of faun in a hide, now I noticed this eve the temp drop to 27* and then realised my corn was lying on the sensors giving a false Reading, what should I do as the mat would stay on till the corn reached a temp of 29* but it would of course be a lot hotter. Has anyone ever come across this? |

yep, it happens but try not to worry about it lol when the snake gets too warm it'll move and the stat probe will read the true temp again and switch off for a while.............it happens, there's no real way around it but it's not the end of the world and certainly not going to harm your snake |
