Looks anery to me
Most (all?) aneries have the yellow running down their necks, which is normal.
Its the red pigment they cant produce, not the yellow

All anery corns look different.
My anery girl has yellow running from her head right down to just past her stomach. She isn't fully grown yet either, so we're predicting she'll have full body yellow!
On the other hand, my friend has a fully grown adult male, and his yellow doesn't even reach his neck.
