Oh boy am I chuffed with myself. I've had a few health issues that have meant I gained a lot of weight. Cut a long story short, I've lost two and a half stones!! I'm almost back to my 'normal' size.... I've also managed to get back to my old exercise routines which I thought would be almost impossible. Sorry to bore you with such trivia but it's a big deal to me and I wanted to share..... |

well done! This time last year I had a personal trainer at my local gym, but after 12 weeks of healthy diet and regular exercise I still only lost a few pounds instead of the 2 or 3 stone I expected! So I gave up and went back to being a lardy lazybones. Guess some of us just aren't built to be slim and fit! lol
But well done you and yes you should be proper proud. Keep it up! |

Have you tried swimming? It may be easier on your back. Pilates is a good one to help strengthen the core too which may help with your back in the long term. |
