choosing the right size viv

my anery fred is getting fairly long now about 22" in length, he's in a large exo terra faun, 18"x12", at the moment.
just looking for advice on what size viv to move him to when he is ready.

an 18" x 12" is fine for him till he's (18" + 12") 30" long or so
then i'd probably go for a 36" x 18" and pack it out with decor then that should be able to house him for the rest of his life
cornsnakes, ratsnakes, bullsnakes, boas and day geckos
