Since I was last here, my stick insect collection died off and was replaced by twelve new ones. However the old ones left behind a legacy of about 500 eggs. I assumed they were all duds but kepy them in a mini incubator in the bottom of the cage, just in case.
I've just reached in to clean them out, and found a single nymph wandering across the floor...
Adn where there is one, there's always more 
Something tells me it's about to get busy in the bug department.  |

| I also found an adult female giant *****ly that I have no memory of purchasing! I dunno how she's eluded me, but she was on the underside of a log, perfectly camouflaged! |
