Dakota ~ Bloodred Corn ~ Amber & Chloe ~ Cats Mind is changing on snakes I want now lol so am researching these to find out what would be best - Milk Snakes and Dwarf Boa possibly - Crawl Cay, Sonoran, Tarahumara or Vera Cruz and poss a Hoggie, African House and Rat snake. Also Trinket Snakes. |

Sounds like you just got pooped on. Musk is a milky liquid. My Boa would musk when I first got her and it is a funny smell but very little in the way of liquid actually. When you handle your snake the longer its out the more your hands will warm them. The excercise and the way your hands will gently massage them does encourage them to poo, its a bit smelly but get used to it, it will not be the last time. |

wasn't milky ;/ looked like runny poop she was out for about 30 mins and went straight under her warm hide so guessing she got cold and fed up lol , my african grey delights in pooping on me, so i'm used to it lol |

If she was on you she wont have got cold, hot and fedup or stressed but not cold. Corn poo is runny, its only dry once it dries out in the substrate. |

Probably wasn't stressed at all but more likely to get stressed than cold in your hand.
You'll notice them get flighty and wanting to get away when they've had enough. |

how long ago was she fed? it might be that you just handled her before she had chance to use the aspen/bedding as a toilet and unfortunately you became the replacement.. I try not to handle my lot until they have pooped at least once after feeding - being pooped on by aura once was enough for me and that was when she was only eating half a pinkie! |
