Hi, i bought a corn snake on the 14th April after looking into it for 3 years. Although she seems to have settled in well, she has regurgitated 2 out of the 5 feeds i have given her. Also, last night, noticed that she started to poop, and it was blue! Really quite worried about her, please help!

When your snake regurgitates a feed, you need to wait for at least a week before you try to feed again, so my guess is that you haven't given her stomach long enough to recover and she has gone into regurge mode. Which of the 5 feeds came back up - the last two, the first two...?
There is a sticky thread here http://www.thecornsnake.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7792 about dealing with regurges, so would definitely recommend that you read that first of all!
