Heeelo,

what plants are safe to go in a wooden viv? i was thinking about putting grass in tobasco`s viv, but im not sure wether i should.

It will alter the humidity as you will need to water them. Its manageable but its far easier to buy artificial plants as you can just throw them into a pillow case and put them through the wash when they get crapped on.

It does yes.
There are however ways to do it without it changing the humidity but it isn't easy and as soon as the grass has been poo'd on then it's near instant throw away time.

I've got plastic leafy vine for my snakie, plastic is much easier to clean if pooped on.


Dakota ~ Bloodred Corn ~ Amber & Chloe ~ Cats
Mind is changing on snakes I want now lol so am researching these to find out what would be best - Milk Snakes and Dwarf Boa possibly - Crawl Cay, Sonoran, Tarahumara or Vera Cruz and poss a Hoggie, African House and Rat snake. Also Trinket Snakes.

Yeah. Tobasco has plastic plants in his viv and i think thats all his going to be getting!!!
