Can snakes pick up things like the human cold or other human illness bugs? |
 Dakota ~ Bloodred Corn ~ Amber & Chloe ~ Cats Mind is changing on snakes I want now lol so am researching these to find out what would be best - Milk Snakes and Dwarf Boa possibly - Crawl Cay, Sonoran, Tarahumara or Vera Cruz and poss a Hoggie, African House and Rat snake. Also Trinket Snakes. |

They can't catch human illnesses. And it works both ways apart from salmonella etc you can pick that up from a reptile which is why hand washing is so important. |

basically, because human body temp is about 36.5'C, snakes are varying 'C cooler the bugs that live in people can't survive the cooler temps |
