| Hi, just been reading about mites. I use Aspen bedding, should I be baking it in the oven 1st. Cos I haven't been :( |

| I don't do anything with my substrate either, the only thing I bake are things I find outside. |

but any reptutable supplier there wouldnt be a problem |

Awwwww thanks everyone you've put my mind at rest. I read this on the "Mites" sticky post on page one and started to worry.
Quote "best option is to bake substrate at 100*C+ for half an hour or so. freezing definitely isn't a good option - think how many bugs survive though our freezing cold winters"
