hi

can I place the heat mat from side to side rather than front to back in the viv due to a little error in measurments on my part in the designing.

You can place it anywhere so long as there's a hot and cold end of the viv :)

true, and as long as its on the bottom of the viv, heatmats dont do well if they are on the side of the viv.

thank you, the heat mat is on the floor of the viv but I misjudged the calculations by an inch so it is too long to have front to back but side to side it covers 2/3rds of the floor side to side but only 1/3 front to back.
