Is there any type of lighting that should be avoided for snakes with red eyes as I know their eyes are more sensative? I have tube lighting in my adults.

Not really, however a camera flash is bad, but that's across the board, not just albinos. I wouldn't use anything over 60w tho, its too hot and bright, especially a spot or projector.

i have read that albinos have more sensitive eyesight than a darker eyed animal, but nothing scientific to back it up so my post is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard :(

What about an 11watt floresent tube light is thatvok for all snakes ?

Hi,

I am not 100% sure but I think I remember reading on here that floresent tubes flicker and can annoy the snakes. Our eyes can't see it but a snake can.
