Cora is now having 2 pinkies once a week no problem. When is best to move on to the next size? are they called fluffs?

She was born 26/06/2010

Some people call them fuzzies and others fluff.....I think!
Falcor had his first fuzzie today and he was hatched on the 4/7/2010.
He's been on 2 pinkies for a few weeks so I picked out some of the smaller fuzzies for him.
He did fine.
If Cora has been having 2 pinkies no problem she should be ok to try a fuzzie.
General rule of thumb is that the food be no more then 1 and half times the thickness of the snake. Might be a good idea to go and have a look at some fuzzies in the pet shop.
When it was Lokis first time I bought some small ones in advance so I could judge the size better.

I just bought some fuzzies today for my boy as that what he is on now. Seems so wierd having frozen rodents in my freezer lol

i know my husband went mad to see rats and chicks in ours....popped them in a large tub to keep him quiet

As mort said best to look at them in shop first as they can differ in size somewhat
We have a drawer in our freezer marked snake food and various bags with the different sized mice in all labelled and then in paper bags so kids dont have to look at them everytime they go in freezer, although they are fine when the snakes get fed
