| Heat mats heat up quicker if the pointy end of the thermostat dial is pointing to 30, not the flat end!! Was wondering why it wouldn't get past 18 - duh! |

Hee,hee you're not on your own. I did the same at first,was on the verge of contacting the store where I got it from to say it wasn't working!!!  |
