Great setup, I really like that log too. Was thinking about finding a way to put a shelf in mine cos its quite tall too.

the shelf was a great idea till we come to put the sides in then we had to dismantle it all to slide the sides over it. but worth it in the end, the log we got from prestwood aviaries near to us, think we paid about £19 for it, i liked the way there is a channel up the center of it so he can climb through it. |

very lucky little snakey, think i will have to get the other half to look at these pictures :)
lol, snakey even got to look all the work over as it was completed, stage by stage, what a cute little foreman |

lol, he had to make sure everything going in he liked. very spoilt snake!! trying to convince hubby now to let me have a blue tongued skink, fell in love with one at our local pet shop. |

steve is a cute little lad. very pretty. i like the way he is poking his head out of the aspen, as if he's playing jokes on people coming up to halloween, the snake with no body lol :)
and the first photo of his eyes bright and reflecting the camera flash, ghostly :) he is full of character x x x x |

Thanks all, Steve is well settled in now and spends most of his time up on the shelf resting his head on the log!! Was a bit worried we wouldn't see much of him once in there but my fears were soon put to rest. note to self, keep camera by the Viv to catch photo of him lazing on his shelf. |
