Why can't you call it Philip? Why is that a bad name for a snake? If it's your snake then surely it's your choice of name!!! If you really like Philip then stick to your guns and call him that!!!!

Choosing names is brilliant. Even if you change your mind fifty times, it's still brilliant. Then when snakey comes along, it will probably choose for itself ...

However, a lot of my snakes and other pets have told me before I ever met them.

Go with your gut instinct.

If it was a girl it could be Elspeth!

(Not that we are expecting the OP's future snake to regurge -heaven forbid.)

Phillip is a GREAT name for a corn, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

We do have a names thread on here: http://www.thecornsnake.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6673 Might be worth having a browse through that as well.

Oh no, I shouldn't laugh, but you mean she was sh****ed out?

Poor old Bella ... RIP ... in other words, the kiss of Dave?

Sorry, not very tactful ...

HAHAHAHA!! Poor Bella, its a funny situation. I think she just died because she was getting old but he was all over her all the time. He never left her alone. I believe he had a little problem with it, some kind of sex addiction? :D

Congrats - that's great!

Funny how they often choose their names themselves - it's happened to me so many times ...

(Never mind - you can call the next one Philip!)
