Just got offered a few bags of repti bark for free. I usually keep my corns on aspen but is repti bark ok? Don't want to take the bags if I can't use them!

Nothing wrong with repti-bark, even better if it's free.

Is pine bad then yea?? I got mine in Navan. Also, when people say certain substrates are bad, do they mean for the snakes skin? Or in case they eat it while feeding? Because I feed mine outside the tank!

They are getting on well on the reptibark anyways:)

pine and cedar wood are toxic to snakes and can kill them.
