so...I moved TaLuLa up from a 12x6 faun to a 24x18x18 viv about 2 weeks ago (it was nicely priced, until i can afford her finalised home) she's approx 22 inch long and since doing this every time i try to pick her up she rattles her tail and bites me ALOT until i have got her out, which she never used to do.

I have a mat stat which @ its highest gets to 29.1c and lowest around 27.8c the cool end is anything between 18c to 21 at the mo. i gave her 5 days wiv no handling to settle in to her new home but she is as skittish as the day i got her with extra bitey!!!

Please help any advice would be great

Depending on how open the viv is, she might actually be feeling a bit insecure.
She's just moved from her lovely comfy small home into a totally different massive house.
The easiest way to describe it is that she probably now feels like she's out in a wide open space so therefore open to being preyed upon.
See if you can pack out the viv a bit more with decor or any other random stuff to make it seem smaller inside for her.

I was told the same when i bought marge, TaLuLa is 22 inches long and going into a viv, is this about right?
Marge is 30inches long and i was not planning to put her in a viv until later in the year.

I hope TaLuLa soon feels right at home and calms down.

As said, moving a snake to a much bigger viv can leave them feeling very insecure, and this causes issues with attitude and feeding! Best either find something smaller, or as suggested, pack the viv out with stuff.
