Tamika's turned blue! I know it's normal but I've never seen any of my snakes turn blue, I usually just wake up and go "ooh, shed!" gonna film this one hopefully

Good luck on filming him shedding, hopefully your luckier than me lol.

Im getting pretty good at predicting when mine are going to shed, i choose the right time they just seem to do it at any random point when im not in the room lol.

Particularly casper, normly they do it in the night some time, she did it at like 2pm last time.

I swear they do it on purpose.

Good luck with the filming. Hope you manage to catch it. It's an awesome thing to watch....post it on here for those who haven't be lucky enough to see it in real life.

I've caught Reggie in the process twice, but have never gotten to see the whole thing.

Infact, i thought i might get to see rocky shed becaus he's usually really active, and he managed to do the whole thing in his hide.

I've been really lucky then - I've often been able to observe them going through the blue, to the clear, and even been able to calculate when I'll see snakey go through the process. (A cat sitting and watching at the viv window is a good giveaway.) Shedding's an incredible sight, I never tire of seeing it.

I've seen those photos of Tamika by the way - she's gorgeous, like my Spider when she was a little bootlace. Good luck with the filming.
